Dr. Fravel was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Following graduation from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Fravel worked with a group practice in south Florida until opening his private practice in Orlando in 1987.
Dr. Fravel is married and has four wonderful children. His hobbies include fishing, antiquing, basketball and going to the movies. He is actively involved in many community organizations as well as orthodontic organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Greater Orlando Dental Society.
Dr. Brewer was commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army and went on to serve four years as a general dentist, including a deployment to Iraq. He applied to and was accepted into Orthodontic Training in the military. In 2012, he completed his orthodontic certificate at the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency (TORP) program in San Antonio, Texas, as well as earning a master’s degree in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS).
Dr. Brewer and his wife, Lauren, first met in high school and have been married for more than 16 years. They have four amazing and very active children. After twelve years of military service, Dr. Brewer and his family are looking forward to making Central Florida home again.
